Mortgage Review & Appointment Scheduling
NEXA Mortgage, a large independent mortgage broker operating across the United States, wanted to proactively re-engage past clients who had completed FHA or VA home loans – letting them know recent rate changes could mean savings, and getting a review booked with a Portfolio Manager. Doing that manually didn’t scale, the pitch varied from agent to agent, and booking meant juggling the calendar while keeping the client on the line. We built Lexi, an English-language AI outbound voice agent on VAPI with an n8n backend wired into GoHighLevel. Lexi calls each past client, confirms identity, delivers a consistent and fully compliant pitch – never quoting rates or guaranteeing figures – and qualifies their current property situation, whether they still own the original home, own another property, or want to pre-qualify. She then checks the live GoHighLevel calendar, presents two well-spaced time slots, and books the appointment directly during the call. Everything runs in the correct Arizona timezone, and appointments appear in the team’s calendar the moment a client confirms – zero manual scheduling required.
